To start with: please do not say sq......l in my hearing. They were an absolute plague at the house we bought near the river. We caught approximately a hundred during our years there. Dumping (relocating) the little b.....s was the challenge. The research farm didn't know anything about them, so we dumped a few there. Now they know.

The Great Squirrel Affair was in Brandon MB over a 14 year stint.I still have an emotional, mental and physcological breakdown at the mere mention of sq..sq.. I can't say it!
ReplyDeleteWe had a nest of them last year in our wood pile. They are so darn cute! I have some great photos of the results of jumping from branch to branch for the first time.

Yikes, Connie - forget we ever said the word squ-! I know there were squirrels at the cottage we stayed in for a summer in northern Ontario and while I thought they were cute, The Husband reminded me of how devasting they can be! No one wants squ- problems in her home!
